What is Petaloudas?
Petaloudas is an inspiration platform where we look into anything under the umbrella of Life, Love, Hope & Possibilities. From helping others reach their full potential through Personal Development Coaching to inspiring people with interactive, practical workshops & thought-provoking Keynote speeches.
Petaloudas, meaning “Butterfly” in Greek (Πεταλούδα), started in 2015 with The Butterfly Diaries Blog. After Pauli joined her and her husband’s business, InSense Dynamix, full-time in 2021, a dream was born to expand the idea of inspiring people further than just blog posts.
This butterfly moment created Petaloudas.

As everything started with The Butterfly Diaries, we wanted to stay true to the Butterfly theme when we chose a “Parent” company name. And we loved the sound of Petaloudas, “Butterfly” in Greek (Πεταλούδα)
